Our theme this month is Nutrition & Weaning but of course any questions or concerns you bring up come first. Pregnant women enjoy this topic so they can optimize their unborn baby's health and their own. Mothers learn how to start solids for their babies and the signs of readiness. Nutritious options for family meals are often shared.
