We have some fun meetings and a park baby-wearing meet up planned for this month.
Know that you can contact a LLL Leader any time between meetings. We are volunteers and will call you back when we can. Please know if you are also on our fb group, the best way to reach us remains via phone or email.
All our meetings are free. There is no need to rsvp but it is great to have an idea of numbers if you plan to attend. September's theme is ADVANTAGES of BREASTFEEDING. Each meeting is very flexible in topic because we always want to take questions or concerns first. Come to any or all!

Interested in baby wearing or learning how to nurse in a carrier? Advanced at baby wearing and want to share some of your techniques? Just want to hang out with like minded nursing parents and get some fresh air? Either way, join us! Bring water, snacks or lunch if you want. And of course, bring your various slings and wraps. If you are interested in selling or trading them as well, feel free to attend. Live Love Latch Lowcountry - Thank you!!
It may have been a rainy day but that didn't stop many of you from coming out to celebrate the Live,Love,Latch, Lowcountry for World Breastfeeding Week with La Leche League of Charleston and La Leche League of Goose Creek!
Thank you so much to all the families and supporters!
We had:
51 Mothers nursing their little ones
9 Fathers there to cheer their partners on
26 Infants
46 Children playing around
9 Other supporters there to celebrate too
Thank you to our vendors as well!!
Please do check their websites out if you didn't get a chance to speak to them in person Saturday. We had three IBCLCs, a midwife and two local crafters!!
