La Leche League is
a nonprofit, non-governmental, and non-sectarian organization. Our
Mission is to help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother
support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better
understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy
development of the baby and mother.
We have free and relaxed circle gatherings. Come to be supported or share support. Our philosophy is based on parents helping
one another. Starting with good information
and making our own choices that work best for our families.
Our motto is “take what works and leave the rest”.
Babies and children are always welcome. Volunteer Leaders are trained and accredited.
