August and September Highlights
La Leche League of Charleston, SC Meetings are always free.
Moms and moms-to-be are welcome to attend along with their children, friends, grandmothers and so on. We also welcome nursing students, doulas, midwives, and any woman coming to educate and inform herself.
Memberships are offered but not pushed.
We love to have moms come with friends and always try to make sure questions are covered.
We like to say at LLL meetings that we are like a buffet...choose from the round table discussions the things you feel will work for your family and leave the rest.

We will be in the auditorium. Use the stairs or elevator to come upstairs from garage. The auditorium is located down the hallway behind the front desk on the left. All are welcome. Please stay and socialize after the event.
There is plenty of parking below the library, free for first hour and a dollar an hour there after. You will pay at front desk, and receive a parking garage code to exit.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help with counting and/or to be witness, so even if you are finished breastfeeding and want to help please let us know.

We have some fun on the agenda. We hope to see you at some or all the events. Remember you don’t have to be a member or pay for any event. Moms or moms-to-be or any woman interested in learning about breastfeeding are welcome at all regular meetings. Dads are welcome to the pumping meeting and any social or playdate. Celebration and Potluck Thanks!
The Leaders of La Leche League of Charleston would like to thank everyone who came out on Saturday. We had such a nice gathering of family and friends and children! We were also able to make the money needed for paying all our bills and buying new supplies and informational sheets. The food was delicious and everyone had a lot of fun!
