JUNE theme is SWEET SLEEP! Adjusting to life with a new baby in the family. This meeting focuses on the first six weeks and offers tips to make the transition into being a family as smooth as possible. We will also be discussing sleep options, safe sleep tips and how to get the best rest while caring for a new baby. The topic is always flexible and changes with Leader and Mom input. Please join us for support to to share support!
